The ELP Program selects promising young professionals and connect them with mentors across strategic professional niches. Mentees are also expected to mentor others in return after successfully completing their program and achieving significant career growth and experience. Participants are selected through a rigorous application process and organize into clubs across their chosen/preferred professional niches. Club members can organize regular meet- ups, knowledge sharing sessions, idea promotion events to enable young professionals acquire relevant knowledge, experience and certifications in their fields of interest. Each professional club will organize semi- independently, raise funds for their activities within the general operational framework of the program.
